You'll launch at Rum River North County Park in St. Francis and travel down to Rum River Central Regional Park in Ramsey. This 3.5 - 4 hour, self-guided trip is a great way to kick back and enjoy nature and wonderful scenery. You can stop to swim or picnic along the way. This is a beginner-friendly trip but does have a couple short sections of rapids to negotiate.

The water is fresh and clean, with great swimming and picnicking spots when the water is lower. And the Rum is known for great fishing if that's your thing!

Price is $69* per person. We can schedule a trip when you have a group of 4 or more (or if we can put two groups together on the same date).

We deliver your kayaks, paddle and PFD to the start and pick them up at the end. You bring the fun! Everyone who takes this trip wants to come back for more. It's a fun outing for the whole family.
