Join Us!

Each Friday we explore a different lake or river, and you're welcome to join us! For these special trips, we invite you to bring your own kayak (no charge) or rent one from us at a special Friday price.  We will have some Friday evening lake paddles...  And lots of other fun outings planned!

Pre-registration by email 48 hours ahead of time is required if you want to rent a kayak or are bringing your own and want to be part of a cooperative shuttle for river trips.  Times and meeting locations will be posted about a week before the outing. 

Details for each trip will be posted under events on our Facebook page a few days before the event. Or email us at: booking@twincitieskayaking.com. River trips are usually day-trips starting around 11 am. Lakes usually are afternoon or evening trips.

May 23rd- Rum River, St. Francis to Ramsey

THURSDAY May 29th, EVENING paddle on the St. Croix

June 13th- Cannon River, Cannon Falls to Welch

June 20th- Chippewa/Red Cedar River

June 27th- EVENING paddle Silver Lake, Columbia Heights, 6 PM

July 4th- TBD

July 11th- Upper Kinnickinnic, River Falls

July 18th- No field trip this week

July 25th- Twin Lake, Robbinsdale

Aug 1st- St. Croix, Taylors Falls to Osceola  

August 5-8th- Cuyuna Camp and Paddle

August 15th- Namekagon/ St. Croix

Aug 22nd- Root River

Aug 29- Lower Kinni, River Falls (for experienced paddlers)

September 5th- Hidden Falls to Harriet Island, St. Paul

September 12th- Long Lake, Orono

September 19th- Grey Cloud Island 

September 26th- TBD
